Local Activities LTD ("we", "our", or "us") uses the Local Activities app, built on the Wix platform. As a result:

• Any data collected through the app (such as device details, form entries, location permissions, analytics, etc.) is handled by Wix under their privacy framework.

• Wix may collect:

  • Device, connection, and session info (e.g., IP, browser, OS, timestamps)

  • Data you enter into forms or account inputs

  • Third-party metadata from login/auth integrations or analytics tools https://www.wix.com/about/privacy

We do not directly collect, store, or sell any personal information from users. All user data collection, storage, and processing is administered by Wix.

2. Third-Party Services & Data Rights

• The app may use Wix-managed integrations (e.g., Google Analytics, location services, contact forms).

• Wix is responsible for processing and storing such data, in line with their global privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) .

• Users can exercise rights like access, deletion, correction by contacting Wix (via tools or privacy@wix.com) .

• We use Wix’s link to inform users how to contact Wix directly for their data rights.

3. Your Role vs Wix’s Role

• Wix is the data controller / processor—they collect and manage user data via the app using their infrastructure and tools.

• Local Activities LTD is the app operator - we don’t access or retain personal user data ourselves.
